Refund policy

Digital downloads

Everything in the shop is a digital download (PDF patterns, printables, spreadsheets and guides). Because files can't be returned once downloaded, we don't offer refunds simply for change of mind. But we never want you stuck with something that doesn't work.

We'll fix it or refund you when

• A file has a problem: it won't open, a page is missing, the chart and key don't match, or it won't import into Pattern Keeper. We'll send a corrected file, and if we can't fix it, we'll refund you in full.
• You bought the same item twice by accident, or bought a pattern that is already inside a bundle you purchased.
• You never received your download and we can't get it to you.

How to ask

Send a message within 30 days of purchase with the email you used at checkout and a quick note about the problem (a screenshot helps). We usually reply within two working days. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and normally appear within 5 to 10 days.

Not a kit

Our products are patterns only. Fabric, thread and hoops are not included and nothing is shipped. Every listing says this clearly, so please check before you buy.
